GROVER
DALE
has performed, directed, written, and choreographed for the stage, screen, and
television. He is a recipient of the
Tony, Drama Desk, Dramalogue, Emmy, and Clio Awards. Associations with 16 Broadway musicals, 8 motion pictures, and 85
television productions brought him into work experiences with Herbert Ross,
Barbra Streisand, Michael Kidd, Gene Saks, Onna White, Jacques Demy, Gene
Kelly, Alfred Lunt, Lynn Fontanne, Jack Cole, Noel Coward, Joe Layton, Agnes
deMille, Michael Bennett, Tommy Tune, and Jerome Robbins. In addition to his role as President of the
L.A. Dance Foundation, Grover is publisher and senior editor of Dance &
Fitness Magazine. With a readership of
60,000 D&F has become an acknowledged resource for dancers, educators, and
choreographers throughout the country.
Unable to forsake his “performing” roots, Grover frequently appears in a
program of songs and dances with Broadway actress, Carol Lawrence.
